Getting Tougher On Hooligans

The Austrian government has agreed to introduce anti-hooligan wars for the Euro 2008 tournament. Part of the proposed legislation will require known hooligans report to police stations 4 hours before matches. However, they have been criticised by the Justic Minister, Maria Berger, who said the proposed rules could violate people's civil liberties.
