Group F Update
I hope so! Wouldn't it be great if both Spain and Northern Ireland could make the Euro 2008 finals?
I don't know why but I'm not a fan of the Nordic countries. Despite being fans of Peter Schmeichel and Ole, I just don't find the national football exciting. Spain have got some pretty easy games against Liechtenstein, Iceland and Latvia before they play Denmark, Sweden and Northern Ireland at the end of the year.
At the moment they're just one point behind Northern Ireland and level with Sweden who've played one game less. Sweden have Iceland tomorrow so you would expect the game to leave them just one point behind the qualifying birth.
But you've also got to bring Denmark into the equation who, despite being five points behind Spain, still have two games in hand.
It sure makes for an interesting last-half to the campaign!
