Delay To Help Ukrainian Bid?

Yahoo! Football news is reporting that the Ukrainian Football chief expects the delay in the announcement of who will host the Euro 2012 tournament as boosing their chances of winning. Yahoo commented:

Hrihory Surkis, the president of the Ukrainian FA, told a news conference following a visit by UEFA officials: "I believe that this fact boosts our chances of winning. We will make use of it.

"I have noted that my colleagues in UEFA are interested in developing soccer eastwards and this means precisely Poland and Ukraine."
